EXAMPLE

1. Choose which logo you want (see below): i.e. AACC12 Logo, 50th Circular, 50th Horizontal, or Cap Logo Circular, Cap Logo Horizontal, or "Normal" Club logo Circular, "Normal" Club logo Horizontal

2. Select the shirt or item you want the logo on;
Provide the item#, i.e. #029373-T65
Brief Description, i.e. Men's Mesh Polo, Sh. Sleeve
Size, i.e. XL
Color, i.e. Charcoal Heather
Cost of Shirt, i.e. $19.50

3. Logo application fee is an additional $5.95 for any PVAS logo, and $8.95 for the AACC12 Catfish logo, BUT there are frequent specials for FREE LOGO APPLICATIONS, and if the club waits for that time it is advantageous to order then.

4. Add VA sales tax = 5%

PVAS will pay the shipping costs if we do a "Group Buy" order (You can always do a personal order later on directly with Lands' End as long as you are given the logo # on file with Lands' End.)

No money needs to be collected or included with your order; payment will be on receipt of your ordered items. There is no PVAS markup or surcharge; the club is not making any additional money.
