Introduce Yourself

Hi Everyone. I'm new to the PVAS and looking forward to participating and have fun, and hopefully meet some of you. I've been in the aquarium hobby since I was a kid, starting out with a freshwater tropical tank, and after High School, started keeping saltwater fish only tanks for about 15 years, and also kept a native fish tank for five years or so that I absolutely loved. Then, life got in the way and I kind of dropped out of the hobby for a while, although my interest, enthusiasm, love and dreams for the hobby never went away. Internet forums came along, and I joined to learn as much as I could, along with purchasing many great books.

Hi Everyone!

I’m Raymond. I’ve had fish since I was about 10 and have been active in the fish club scene in the Philly area most of that time. My family relocated to Bethesda in August along with my 15+/- aquariums. My interest are varied, but angelfish are my favorite. Plants are my second, and you will see me bring some every month for the auction. I’ve met a few of you and look forward to meeting the rest of you!

Im so happy to be back and part of an amazing club again! I look forward to seeing everyone at the meeting again Saturday too!

My name is Richard Goger and I live in Montana. Montana has nothing like this and I joined just to show support. I probably won't make it there but dream about it one day. I was introduce to your club from my friend Vinay @Color Guppies. You can see some of my planted tanks at my YouTube channel Snoochie-booch.

I'm impressed at your club from the website alone and think that other clubs should use yours as example. Just the fact that I can join from out of state is cool. Believe it or not some clubs wouldn't take my money because I wasn't local. Just trying to help where I can show support. Look forward to meeting you guys one day, perhaps at a show or meeting.
