Spawning Report: Tanichthys micagemmae (Vietnamese White Clouds)
In Breeder's Award Program

I'm in Wisconsin, so can't join your club. :) Thank you for the detailed report. There's not a lot of information on T. micagemmae, especially in comparison to T. albonubes. I have 18 of these beautiful little fish. Mine were captive bred. They get regular feedings of live baby brine shrimp, but also take well to a variety of high quality flakes and Sera O-Nip tabs. My group is currently housed in a 20 gallon long quarantine aquarium. The tank is set up bare bottom with some floating hornwort and pilo moss. I've observed the Vietnamese white clouds picking through the mulm that builds up on the tank bottom between water changes. Tomorrow I'm the fish to a 20 gallon outdoor tub for the summer. I'm hoping that I get a lot of fry over the summer.
