So I hadn’t seen my male super red pleco for a few days so I decided to look in the caves and yep I found him sitting on a mess of eggs!!! So excited here is a picture of the make in the cave and if you look closely you can see the eggs in the back top left of the cave.
They have hatched!!!
Nice! These guys breed like rabbits. You'll need a few more grow out tanks.
The wife agreed to let me setup a grow out tank for the babies. Yay so I just set it up and am adding bacteria and am going to squeeze a dirty sponge filter in it tomorrow.
