I can't be the only shrimp fanatic here so let's band together and talk about shrimp. I specialize in Caridina shrimp and have the below varieties. I am getting ready to get some Dragon Blood's in the next few weeks, and then after that some Fancy Black Tigers and then maybe some red calceo's. I am no expert but have done a ton of research so if you have any questions please ask them and if I can not answer it maybe someone else here can.

Good luck. The majority of the shrimp I have all require remineralized RO water and buffering substraite.
I am definitely guilty of overfeeding. I feed them daily. I can't help it, they are so cool to watch. But I am going to start a new tank. I am going get the right substrate instead of sand. Once I get that tank going, I may check back and see if you have shrimps to sell. I love the collect that you have.
You should invest in your own test kit I have been in petsmart and watched them misread results before not saying that is what happened but always good to double check what they are seeing. As for the planaria when I had it I pulled all my shrimp out of the tank and put them in a new one and then did a double dose of no planaria and then dosed again the following day let it sit for 2 days then drained the tank and removed the substrate and scrubbed the tank with distilled vinegar and then set it back up and did the cycle again. Rule of thumb is to always dip treat your plants and décor before it goes in the tank.
How often were you feeding? how often were your water changes?
I had it checked at petsmart. All within normal range. PH is on the low side. But I am seeing a few fully grown planaria. I guess the treatment I did a while ago, didn't clear them out.
I am not selling any shrimp currently as I am letting my colony's grow for a little bit.
As for your tank crash what are your water parameters? what species of shrimp do you have? how often do you feed and do water changes?
Nice. I just got into shrimps. I love them. Do you sell your shrimps?
I started out with a small colony of 15 and got them to about 150 strong. Then had something happen to my tank, now I am down to 4-5. The seed shrimps are thriving, so maybe its not the water quality. I may just start to set up another tank from scratch.
