Hi All, No monthly meeting reminder email will be going out today. MailChimp pushed out a new Beta version of their software and it isn't working. I've been trying to get it out all day, but their server keeps crashing. Very frustrating, but there it is. If you haven't already, please navigate to the Holiday Potluck Sign-Up forum thread letting others know what you'll be bringing. Michael Barber has already been hard at it brining a turkey. He'll be bringing the roast turkey, ham, dressing, and gravy. We should all give him a special thanks for the 2 day effort he puts into this every year. Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow. Get ready for our most social event of the year, our only meeting dedicated to socializing, good food, and of course, fish. There will be no presentation. We will have a raffle and mini-auction as usual. The club will provide turkey, ham, water, and soft drinks. Each club member is expected to bring an item. Homemade is always best if you have time. Sign up below so others can plan what to bring. We need side dishes and desserts. I'll be bringing bread and a celery root, celery, apple slaw.
First a big shout out to Raychel Upright for a job well done filling in for your absent Treasurer. She erred on the side of caution in deciding to not make any payouts. To her credit, on Friday, we verified that she entered everything correctly in MyGroupAuctions. Plus the cash box cash count worked out to the penny. Envelopes are in the cash box for distribution to those owed money. The following should see the Treasurer at a future meeting for their November Mini-Auction payouts: Skanda Abeyesekere Andrew Blumhagen Matt Chambers Patchin Curtis Cristy Keister Jae Mitchell Jason Robinson David Snell Brianna Yeager Additionally, there are envelopes in the cash box from past mini-auctions for: Melissa Aragon Mark Hartnett* Jose Jordan* The following individuals should check with the Treasurer in regard to other matters: Kathleen Culbertson Matt Guinn Tom Hall Jackie Hutcherson Sherry Patrick Tracey Pender Susan Peterson Mark Rohrbaugh Matt Woods Any questions please send an email to PVASTreasurer@gmail.com. *mini-auction proceeds not collected in six months devolve to PVAS.
