November Annual Meeting - Tomorrow
Hi All,
It's November! And of course that means we will be conducting elections in addition to our regular meeting activities tomorrow. Here's the schedule:
12: 30 pm Doors open, set up
1 pm Socializing
1:15 pm Announcements
1:30 pm Elections (facilitated by Cooper Jessup)
1:45 pm Presentation by Michael Barber "Expedition Amazon: or beware the man eating piranha"
2:45 pm Mini-auction
3:45 pm Break-down
Please note that Fairfax County still requires masks in county buildings, no exceptions. There will be water and soft drinks but no food. MyGroupAuctions is open for entering items.
Remember, for a monthly mini-auction, only club members can sell, others can donate items. People often overlook the fact that dry goods can be entered into a mini-auction at a fixed price which means they are treated as a tag sale item, not auctioned. If you want to purchase a fixed price item, you just take it up the to the Treasurer's desk and pay for it. Cash only purchases at mini-auctions.
