February 7: Mandy Goan BLACKWORM WORKSHOP
We are happy to welcome Mandy Goan on Saturday, February 7 to lead a Blackworm Workshop. The presentation is free to all who attend, but if you want your own blackworm starter kit you must purchase a workshop package by January 31, 2026. Keep reading to learn how!
No one is required to purchase a workshop package to attend the presentation, it is optional.
The workshop package includes:
One portion of live blackworms
One Fluval breeder box ($20 option) or One 3D printed breeder box ($50 option)
One shoebox container for rinsing and leech removal
One pair of tweezers for leech removal
One cutting board
One razor blade for chopping worms
One pair of gloves
One disposable strainer
One deli cup to be used for water, straining, and transporting worms home
